Create a new client Space

Where: Clients → New client button (top right).
Add a client whenever you take on hiring for a new company and want their jobs, branding, and careers page kept separate from everyone else's.

Click Create client to save.
How to use it
- Start from the website. Enter the Company website first — Vouch looks the company up and pre-fills the Company name and logo for you. You can still edit the name afterward; your edits won't be overwritten.
- Set Language and Country for the client. These set the defaults for that client's workspace, so candidates and content land in the right language from the start. (Vouch works in any language — this just picks the client's default.)
- Decide on billing with the separate-workspace checkbox (below).
Separate workspace, or inside yours?
This is the one choice worth pausing on, because it changes how the client is billed and where they live:
- Leave it unticked — the client lives inside your workspace, under your subscription. This is the usual choice for an agency managing clients on one plan. They appear right here in your Clients list.
- Tick "Create separate workspace (with separate billing)" — Vouch spins up a fully separate Vouch account for the client with its own billing, and takes you straight into that new company's listings. Use this when the client needs to be financially and administratively on their own.
Good to know. When you create a client from your access/settings area (rather than this button), the separate-workspace option may be pre-selected and locked on — that path always creates an independent workspace by design.
