Edit a channel
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: job → Job post & sharing → open a channel → settings.
Edit a channel when an audience needs a different destination or a bigger incentive — for example, bumping the reward on your employee channel to push an urgent role.
The edit form lets you change:
- Campaign name — the channel's name.
- Redirect URL — where candidates are sent (defaults to the listing's redirect URL).
- Reward — choose Customize reward to override the listing's default referral reward for this channel.
Whether the channel is Open for Applications and/or Referrals is shown here as a read-only indicator (a check or cross next to each), alongside the current reward — it isn't changed from this form.
Save with Update settings; a "Channel updated" toast confirms.
Pausing instead of deleting
Channels can't be deleted — only deactivated. This is on purpose: deleting would orphan the candidates already attributed to the channel. To stop (or restart) a channel, toggle it from its Performance view — toasts confirm "Channel activated" or "Channel deactivated".
Can't toggle a channel? Your listing has to be active to change a channel's visibility. If the job is paused or closed, reactivate the listing first.
