Your hiring partner account

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Where: Settings → Access → Your hiring partners tab (.../access/clients, requires enableSubCompanies).

This tab is the agency's home base — the one place to see every client you're connected to, add teammates to an assignment, and grab the identifier clients use to find you. If you run recruiting for more than one company, this is where you'll live.

"As a hiring partner you can be invited to connect with companies, or create sub companies. When you help your hiring partners hire and source, every new candidate you source will be linked to you."

"The candidates you source for your hiring partners will show up in your talent pool, and you can resurface from your talent pool to find candidates for your hiring partners."

Your hiring partner identifier

Your Hiring partner identifier (your company's slug) is shown in a read-only field with a copy button. Share this with clients so they can connect your agency to their workspace.

Think of the identifier as your agency's handle on Vouch. When a client wants to invite you, they paste this exact value — so copy it from here rather than typing it from memory, and the connection lands on the first try.

Good to know. Don't see this tab? It's gated behind enableSubCompanies. If the Your hiring partners tab isn't showing under Settings → Access, the hiring-partner capability isn't enabled on your workspace yet — reach out to your Vouch contact to switch it on.
