Access Management

Where: Settings → Access (tab: Users).

Page heading: "Access Management"

"Review, change and remove all access related to your company portal. If you want to delete your user, this must be done from your personal Vouch account."

This page is the single source of truth for who can see what. Come here to audit access before an offer goes out, to off-board someone the moment they change teams, or just to remind yourself who is on a search. Everything below — inviting, editing a role, removing access — starts from this screen.

The page has three tabs:

TabWhat it showsRequires
UsersAll company members (Owners, Admins, Editors, Observers)All plans
Partnered with youAgencies that have access to your companyenableAgencyAccessControl
Your hiring partnersSub-companies / Clients you ownenableSubCompanies

Within the Users tab, users are split into two columns:

  • Left — "Owners and administrators": everyone with company-wide access (Owner or Admin).
  • Right — "Users with limited access to specific jobs": Editors and Observers, grouped by job. Click a job to expand and see who has access.

Search by email address using the search field at the top.

Reading the two columns

The left/right split mirrors the two-tier model exactly: the left column is the people who can touch the whole company, the right column is the people scoped to individual jobs. That's why a single Editor who works on three searches appears under all three jobs on the right — their access is per-job, so each job lists them. It's also why the columns never overlap: anyone with a company-wide role is deliberately kept out of the limited column (see Access scope explained).

Good to know. Deleting a user account is different from removing a user's access. This page removes someone's access to your company; a person deleting their own Vouch account entirely does that from their personal account, as the page copy notes. The two tabs beyond Users only appear if your plan includes them — if you don't see Partnered with you or Your hiring partners, that capability isn't enabled for your company.
