View and manage your clients

Where: Settings → Access → Your hiring partners tab (.../access/clients).

This is your client roster. At a glance you can see who you're connected to, which of your teammates is working each account, and how much each one can see — and from here you add people or end a relationship.

Your clients are listed under the Your hiring partner account section. Each client card shows:

  • Client company name and logo.
  • Users from your agency who have been given access.
  • Access scope badge: Company Access or N Listing Access.

Reading the access badge. Company Access means that teammate can see the client's whole workspace; N Listing Access means they're scoped to a specific number of job listings. It's the quickest way to confirm a junior recruiter is boxed into just the roles they're staffing.

Per client, you can:

  • Add access for user — invite an agency user to manage this client (see below).
  • Disconnect — remove the agency relationship with this client.

Empty state: "No hiring partners yet. Hiring partners are companies that have granted you access to help manage their job posts and candidates."

Good to know. The empty state is written from the client's point of view ("companies that have granted you access"). If you're starting a brand-new client from scratch, you won't be waiting on an invite — use Create a new client workspace and the card appears here straight away.
