Create a new client workspace

Where: Settings → Access → Your hiring partners → "Create a new company workspace as hiring partner" (link button).

Use this when the client is new to Vouch. Instead of waiting for them to sign up and invite you, you stand up their workspace yourself and start sourcing immediately. You stay connected as the hiring partner from the moment it's created, so every candidate you bring in is linked to you from day one.

How it works

Opens the "Create new client" modal with these fields:

Company website	Used to auto-fill the company name and logo
Company name	The client's company name
Language	Default language for the client's workspace
Country	Client's country
The separate-workspace (separate-billing) checkbox	Checked and locked when creating from the Your hiring partners tab — the client gets their own independent billing

Start with the Company website — it auto-fills the name and logo, so most of the form fills itself. Language sets the default for the client's workspace; pick the language their team and candidates actually use (Vouch works in any language, so choose theirs, not yours).

Click Create client to finish. You're taken directly to the new client's workspace.

Good to know. Because you're creating this from the Your hiring partners tab, the separate-workspace (separate-billing) checkbox is ticked and can't be unticked — the client gets their own independent billing rather than rolling up under your agency. That's by design: it keeps each client's subscription, usage, and invoices cleanly their own.
