How clients connect a hiring partner

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Where (for the client/hiring company): Settings → Access → Partnered with you tab (.../access/agencies).

This one is written for the client side — the hiring company bringing an agency on board. If you're the agency, this is the exact flow to walk your client through. The client stays in control the whole time: they choose which agency to add and can remove it whenever they like.

"Hiring partners can only access listings they've been granted access to, and will only be able to see candidates they've sourced via their channels."

Adding an agency

  1. Click "Connect with a hiring partner".
  2. Enter the agency's Hiring partner identifier (their slug).
  3. Click Add agency. Toast: "Successfully added [slug] to your company."

Once connected, the agency appears in the Hiring partners with access to your company list.

Disconnect — from the agency row, click Disconnect to remove the relationship.

Empty state: "No hiring partners connected yet."

Good to know. The identifier is the agency's company slug — ask them to copy it from their own Your hiring partners tab and send it over, rather than guessing at it. Pasting the exact value is what makes the connection resolve.

What "Disconnect" actually does

Disconnecting opens a confirmation (Remove [agency]'s access) that spells out both sides of the action before you commit. It's deliberately explicit because the relationship can't be undone with an undo button — you'd have to re-add the agency from scratch.

  • This action will: remove all of the agency's access, disconnect all sharing channels created by this agency, and remove the agency from all job listings they had access to. This action cannot be undone.
  • What will be preserved: all candidates and vouches remain in your system, job listings continue to function normally, and historical data and analytics are preserved.

Confirm with Remove agency access. Toast: "Successfully removed [agency] from your company."

Disconnecting retires the agency's channels. Any sharing channels the agency created are disconnected, so their tracking links stop attributing new candidates. The candidates already sourced — and all your history and analytics — stay put. If you only need to remove one person from the agency rather than the whole agency, do that from the user row instead.
