Vouch enhances direct outreach by turning initial rejections into referral opportunities and making it easier to engage passive candidates. Use these tactics to integrate Vouch into your outreach process and expand your talent pipeline.
1. Identify and Engage the Right Candidates

2. Craft Outreach Messages That Drive Action
Referral-first approach:
“Know someone for this role?” instead of “Are you interested?”
Encourages responses while allowing them to also indicate interest themselves.
Standard outreach message:
Personalized intro → Job highlight → Direct CTA.
Example: “We have an exciting role for [Position]. If you know someone who fits, refer them here: [Vouch link].”
Follow-up for referrals:
If they’re not interested, ask for a referral immediately.
Example: “Thanks for your time! If you know someone who’d be great, refer them here: [Vouch link] – we’ll make it worth their while.”
