Track channel performance

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Where: each channel page → the Performance section.

This is where channels earn their keep: instead of a hunch about what's working, you get a per-audience scoreboard — so you can pour effort into the channels that convert and quietly drop the ones that don't.

What the numbers mean

  • Views — how many people opened the listing through this channel's link.
  • Applications — applications received through this channel.
  • Vouches — referrals received through this channel.
  • Candidates — total candidates from this channel.

Each metric shows the current count and a week-over-week comparison (Up X% vs last week), and a time-series graph plots Candidates, Views, and Clicks over time.

How to read it

  • A channel with lots of Views but few Candidates has a reach-vs-fit problem — the copy or the audience is off. One with few Views but high conversion deserves more of your effort.
  • Watch the week-over-week trend, not just the total — a channel cooling off is your cue to re-share or refresh the post.
