Invite someone to a specific job
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: open a job → Access Management → Users tab → "Access to this listing" section → "Add new access" button. (There is no "Team" label.)
Modal title: "Invite a colleague to this job post ([job title])"
"Invite a colleague to help manage this specific job post. They will be able to edit the post and process candidates."
This is the right path for anyone who should touch one search and nothing else — an external hiring manager, a client contact, a department lead helping with their own role. Because you start from inside the job, Vouch already knows which job to grant, so there's nothing to pick.
There is no role picker in this modal. A per-job invite always grants Editor access to the job you opened — and to that job only.
Click Send invitation to save. Toast: "Successfully invited [email] to the listing."
Good to know. Two ways lead to a per-job invite and they behave the same: this Add new access button inside a job, and choosing Editor in the company-level modal then ticking a single job. Both keep the person scoped to that one search — neither exposes your company settings or your other jobs. To widen their access to more jobs later, edit their role rather than re-inviting them (see Edit a user's role).
