Chrome Extension
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: Settings → Chrome Extension (Pro, enableChromeSourcing).
Great candidates are often somewhere other than your pipeline — a LinkedIn profile, a portfolio site, a conference speaker page. The Chrome Extension lets you act on them right where you find them: add a person to a job, evaluate, and leave notes without copy-pasting into Vouch and losing your place. It's the Source pillar reaching out to the open web.
The card links directly to the Chrome Web Store.
What the extension does
| Capability | Status |
|---|---|
| Source candidates — add to job from any page | Available |
| Evaluate — rate and score from the extension | Available |
| Add comments — notes visible in the candidate profile | Available |
| Draft communications | Coming soon |
Install from the Chrome Web Store via the Install extension button on the settings card or inside any job's candidate list.
Good to know. Anything you do in the extension — sourcing, evaluations, comments — writes straight back to the candidate's profile in Vouch, so there's no separate inbox to reconcile later. By the time you're back in the app, the candidate is already in the pipeline with your notes attached.
Troubleshooting
- Don't see the card? It's a Pro capability (
enableChromeSourcing). If the card is locked or missing, the feature isn't on your plan yet — see Billing & subscription. - Installed but not capturing a page? Make sure you're signed in to Vouch in the same browser; the extension acts as your account, so it needs an active session to know which company and jobs to add to.
