Connect to an existing client

If the client already has a Vouch account, they can invite you from their side (see How clients connect an agency below). Once connected, the client appears in your Your hiring partners tab (.../access/clients).

Use this when the client is already on Vouch. There's nothing to create — you don't want a duplicate workspace. The client simply grants your agency access, and the connection flows to you automatically.

How it works, end to end

  1. You send the client your Hiring partner identifier (copy it from Your hiring partner account).
  2. The client enters it on their side and confirms.
  3. The client lands in your Your hiring partners tab — ready to work.

Good to know. All you have to do on your end is hand over the identifier; the client drives the rest. Once they've added you, refresh the Your hiring partners tab and the new client appears there.

Don't create a workspace for a client who already has one. That would split their data across two accounts. If they're already on Vouch, have them invite you instead — only reach for Create a new client workspace when the company is new to the platform.
