Employee channel and Slack

Where: job → Job post & sharing → a channel of type Employee channels.

Your employees know people your job ads never reach, and a referred candidate arrives with built-in trust. The employee channel is built for exactly this ask — getting your own team to vouch — and it plugs into Slack so the request lands where your team already works.

How to use it

• Craft your message — Vouch drafts a Slack-style post with the job's link card. Tweak it so it sounds like you.
• Vouch Slack app (recommended) — if your Slack integration is set up, the Vouch app can send or schedule the message directly to a Slack channel. Open the Slack installation guide via the share card. A reminder set up indicator confirms a scheduled send; No reminder found means nothing is scheduled yet.
• Copy — copies the message text + URL to paste anywhere.
• Tracking link — a read-only field with the channel's link for employees to share. Use the copy button to grab it (toast: "Copied link to clipboard").

Good to know. A scheduled nudge in Slack consistently beats a one-off message — people miss the first ask. If you see No reminder found, nothing is queued yet; set one up so the request resurfaces.
