What is a Space?
Last updated: June 19, 2026
A Space is a client company inside your workspace. Each client has:
- Their own job listings (visible separately when filtering by client).
- Their own page content (branding, description).
- Their own career pages — with optional custom domains per page.
Your own company always exists as the Default company. Clients you add are marked Client.
Why use Spaces instead of one shared company
- Clean separation — a candidate applying to Client A never sees Client B's brand, jobs, or career page. Each Space carries its own logo, description, and company context.
- One place to work from — you switch between clients without logging in and out. Your Default company and every client live side by side in the same workspace.
- Branded careers per client — because each client has its own career pages and can point a custom domain at them, their careers site can look completely theirs, not yours.
When to reach for a Space
- You're an agency or recruiting partner hiring for several companies.
- You run hiring for a parent company with distinct sub-brands.
- You want a client's jobs and careers page to stand on their own, separate from your house brand.
Good to know. A Space and a hiring-partner connection are two different things. A Space is a client you own and manage inside your workspace. A hiring partner is a separate company that has granted you access to help with their hiring. If you're looking for the second, see For agencies & hiring partners.
