Meetings: Team Scheduling, Booking Links, and AI Assistant

This release brings a single Meetings workspace that ties calendars, booking links, and transcripts together so interviews run smoothly across your team.

  • Manage events across teammates and interview stages with day/week/month/agenda views, drag‑and‑drop, search, and inline edit.

  • Configure booking links per listing or create custom links; all respect working hours, buffers, max-per‑day, and conflict calendars.

  • Connect Google/Outlook calendars; set timezone/hours once—availability flows into every scheduling link.

  • The assistant can auto‑join selected calendars, transcribe meetings, and surface structured summaries back to candidate profiles.

  • Recommendations link events to the right candidates/listings based on context (e.g., email), speeding up matching.

  • Transcript lifecycle upgrades: create/select, edit summaries, and view in event profiles to make evaluations faster and more consistent.

Why it matters: less back‑and‑forth, fewer double‑bookings, clearer ownership, and smarter interview flows that turn conversations into usable data.

Improved agency mode and multi-tenancy +++

Hiring slows down when agencies and clients work in separate systems. Candidates get duplicated, context disappears, and no one sees the full picture. This update brings everyone into one shared workflow. Joint job boards, shared pipelines, and roll-up talent pools give agencies, clients, and group companies a single source of truth. Agencies keep their sourcing engine. Clients keep control. PE/VC setups finally get visibility across all their companies.

What’s New

  • Agency access to help you source

  • Multi-tenancy workspace/job board/talent pool for agencies

  • Interview guides tailored to the role and your context

  • Webhooks on hire, ready for HRIS integrations

  • Embedded careers page + application/referral forms

  • Improved application, referral and sourcing flows

  • And dozens of fixes and refinements across the product

Resurface candidates automatically + improved smart search

Screenshot 2025-10-03 at 07.26.11.png

Chances are, the best candidate for your new role has already spoken to you before. The problem? They’re buried in your old applications and almost impossible to find quickly. Candidate Resurfacing solves this by automatically scanning your past candidates and pulling the most relevant ones back into view—matched against the role you’re hiring for.

What’s New

  • Automatic scan: When you open a job, Vouch looks through your past candidates for good matches.

  • Clear results table: See who fits, why they fit, and search/filter as you go.

  • Side-by-side views: Open a candidate’s profile or a quick “fit summary” with evidence.

  • Progress updates: A banner shows you when resurfacing is running, and you’ll get a notification when it’s done.

  • Smoother experience: Faster loading, better navigation, and some general polish under the hood.

The Story

Hiring the wrong role is the most expensive mistake a team can make. Yet most job descriptions still start from vague notes, recycled templates, or guesswork. Job Analysis changes that. What’s New

  • AI assistant: Guided conversation to define role qualifiers, requirements, and suggestions.

  • Job analysis: Start the process by structuring what you are actually hiring for, important for anythig downstream helping you pick the right candidate.

  • Instant job ads: AI generates tailored, editable postings directly from your analysis.

  • Smart screening questions: Relevant candidate questions appear automatically.

  • Interview guide builder: Structured interview templates and stages spin up in seconds.

  • AI content status checks: Real-time indicators so you always know what’s ready.

Comms, bulk actions, auto-scheduling

Screenshot 2025-08-20 at 07.52.26.png

We just shipped a major update. It's Vouch beginning to come alive, laying the foundation for some even bigger upgrades later this fall.

The story

Monday, 9 AM. Your inbox: 73 new applications. Your calendar: 5 interviews to schedule. Your pipeline: 42 candidates waiting for updates. By noon, you've barely made a dent—and three great candidates just accepted offers elsewhere. This release rewrites that story. Now your AI drafts those 73 responses. Bulk actions move and update those 42 candidates. Calendar links eliminate the scheduling circus. You focus on what matters: building relationships and making great hires.

What's live in your accounts right now:

  • Tailored, auto-generated communication → Click "draft message" Three modes: quick one-shots, templated, or custom prompts. Pick a mode and try it out. This is v1. It gets smarter every week.

  • 🗂 Bulk Actions → New toolbar when you select multiple candidates Select with checkboxes, then move/reject/message entire groups at once. Choose between personalised and templated flows. Start with 2-3 candidates to get the feel.

  • 📅 Interview Scheduling → Settings > Calendar Integration Connect Google/Outlook, add your scheduling links. Candidates self-book directly. The manual back-and-forth? Gone. (More calendar magic coming soon.)

And we couldn't help ourselves, so we shipped more:

  • Inbox (early version) → All candidate conversations in one place. You’ll see it in your sidebar.

  • Improved Custom Interview Stages → Configurations > Edit Interview Stages. Add stages to match your flow. Add automations and communication templates per stage. Interview guides coming next.

  • Timeline View → New tab on candidate profiles. Every interaction chronologically. The full story, always visible.

  • In-app notifications (v0.1) — Subtle notifications for key events. Tag colleagues in comments. Basic for now – tell us what notifications matter most.

  • Talent pool improvements — Small tweaks and improvements to smart search. The foundation for smarter candidate discovery. More to come soon.

  • Dozens of small fixes — Those paper cuts you've been tolerating? We're hunting them down, one by one.

What's coming: Next up is to bring you smarter job analysis and job ad creation, where Vouch starts sparring with you for real. After that? The assistant is waking up.

Tweaks and fixes

The Story

After the June rollout, users told us two things: “Love the power” and “could be smoother.” This is a sanding block release – tightening screws, trimming clicks and adding polish so Vouch feels light even as it grows heavier under the hood.

What’s New

  • Portfolio URLs in profiles: Designers and devs can finally show, not just tell.

  • Fully optional inputs: Make CVs, LinkedIn and screening questions mandatory—or don’t. Your process, your rules.

  • Qualifier editing 2.0: AI-assisted generation and an overhauled UI make tweaking screening criteria a 10-second job.

29 June 2025

Bulk import

The Story

Most teams already have rich candidate data—it’s just locked in spreadsheets, email threads or a dusty ATS export. June cracks that vault. Bulk Import v1 hoovers up your legacy records, enriches them with AI context and drops everything into a single, searchable pool. Import once; explore forever.

What’s New

  • CSV & ZIP resume upload: Drag, drop, and ingest hundreds or thousands of profiles in one go.

  • Automated field mapping: Intelligent matching eliminates manual column headaches.

  • Profile enrichment on import: Summaries, skills and fit scores appear instantly, based on LinkedIn profiles, CVs, cover letters etc.

  • Improved bulk-operation feedback: Clear status messages keep large imports predictable.

Talent pool and smart search

The Story

For months, teams kept saying the same thing: “Our candidate data is scattered, we can’t see the big picture, and we waste time just trying to find the right info.” We listened. Candidate Pool is our answer—bringing every candidate, from every source, into a single, living pool.

Whether you’re importing from your ATS, uploading in bulk, or just adding profiles manually, Vouch now gives you the full story on every candidate: AI-powered summaries, fit assessments, comments, and communication history, all in one place.

Add a fast UI, auto-summaries based on your history with the candidate, and plain-language search (“backend developer in Oslo”), and you'll spend less time wrangling data and more time actually hiring.

What’s New

  • Unified candidate pool: Every candidate, from every source, now lives in one searchable place.

  • Plain language search: Type what you need (“backend developer in Oslo”) and get the best-fit profiles instantly.

  • Lightning-fast UI: Browse, filter, and find candidates without the usual lag.

  • AI-powered profiles: Summaries, fit assessments, and comments—context at a glance for every candidate.

  • Chrome extension integration: Import and evaluate candidates straight from your browser.

  • ATS and manual import support: Bring in data from anywhere—no more fragmented records.

  • Communication history: Every touchpoint, logged and visible, so you never lose the thread. More to come here.
