Job ad sections (the modules)

Last updated: June 19, 2026

A Vouch listing isn't one block of text — it's a stack of sections you assemble like building blocks, so you can lead with a punchy hook, break responsibilities into scannable tiles, and show the team. Mix the types below to fit the role.

Your job ad is built from sections you can add, reorder (drag and drop), and copy from another listing (via Add section). The section types are:

  • Text — narrative content with an optional hook and heading. Good for a role overview or mission (2–4 paragraphs).
  • Text grid — bite-sized list items, each with an emoji or icon, a title, and a description. Good for responsibilities, requirements, benefits, or values. Has default and compact variants.
  • Images — a set of images, shown as a masonry grid (default) or a full-width slider.
  • Embeded — embedded media via an <iframe> (e.g. a video or culture clip). (The button label is spelled "Embeded" in the product.)
  • Timeline — a sequence of milestones (company history, growth path, onboarding).
  • Testimonial — quotes from team members or customers.
  • Team — team members, each with name, title, description, photo, and optional LinkedIn / email / phone.

Company sections (About us)

Company sections (under About us) come from your company profile and can be locked to the company default or overridden for this listing:

  • Company social media — your social links.
  • Company listings — all of your open jobs.
  • Locations — your company locations.

Because these pull from your company profile, set them up once there and every listing inherits them — override only when a specific role needs something different.

Good to know. Lead with what makes the role worth applying for, not your company history. A strong Text hook plus a Text grid of what they'll actually do tends to convert better than a long mission statement. You can always reorder later by dragging.
