The Settings tab (Configurations)
Last updated: June 19, 2026
The Settings tab is the job's control panel — every part of a listing you can configure lives here as a card, so it's the place to go when you need to change something after the initial setup wizard.
A listing has three tabs at the top: Candidates, Job post & sharing, and Settings. The Settings tab is a Configurations hub of cards:
- Edit candidate scorecard — "Choose what qualities and traits you are looking for in the ideal candidate for this job."
- Edit job content — "Edit the title, description, and other details that will be shown to candidates."
- Edit application flow — "Edit the application flow for this job, including the questions, referral rewards, and other settings."
- Edit interview stages — "Edit the stages that candidates will go through in the application process."
- Access management for this job post — manage who can edit, share, and process candidates for this job. → Give access to a job
- Your notification settings — "Choose which notifications you receive for this job post." → Notifications
- Advanced settings — "referral process, cool down period, and more."
Under Actions, Delete job post appears when the job is inactive.
Good to know. This is the map of the whole article: each card opens one of the editors covered above. If you're not sure where a setting lives, start here. Delete job post only shows once a job is inactive — that's by design (see Delete a job post).
