Career pages table

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Where: job → Performance tab → section "Visible in careers pages".

A job is discoverable in two ways: through the sharing links you hand out, and through any career page it's listed on. This section covers the second one — so you can confirm the role is actually surfacing where candidates browse, not just where you've shared it directly.

Lists all career pages this job currently appears on. Each row shows the career page name, whether it's active, and a link to open the page. This tells you where the job is discoverable beyond standalone sharing links.

How to use it

  • Use it as a quick visibility check: if a role feels invisible, confirm it's switched on for the career page you expect candidates to find it on.
  • A page toggled off here is hidden from that career page even while the job itself is live — worth checking when applications are lighter than the views suggest they should be.

Listing inactive? You can't change a job's visibility on a career page while the job is paused. Reactivate the listing first, then set its career-page visibility. For setting up the pages themselves, see Career pages.
