All custom sharing links table
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: job → Performance tab → section "All custom sharing links to job" (Pro, requires enableMultiChannelSharing).
The metrics tiles tell you how much — this table tells you where from. It breaks the job's totals down by channel, so you can see which sharing links are pulling their weight and which are dead, then act on each one without leaving the page. Reach for it the moment a headline number moves and you want to know which audience caused it.
This table lists every channel you've created for the job. Columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Channel name and type icon |
| Views | Total views from this channel |
| Candidates | Total candidates sourced from this channel |
| Configurations | Whether Application and Vouch are enabled; the reward (default or Custom reward); any redirect URL (Redirect to X) |
| Created at | Relative date (e.g. "3 days ago") |
| Actions | Activate, deactivate, open link, or copy link |
Empty state: "No custom sharing links created yet, create one to track activity from specific audiences."
If you see the empty state, you haven't created any channels yet — head to Channels & sourcing to make your first one.
Reading the status column
A channel isn't simply on or off — managed job boards have setup steps, and a paused job hides every link under it. The label in the row tells you exactly what's needed:
| Status label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Enable | Channel exists but is not yet active — click to activate |
| Activation setup required | Managed job board (Finn.no, NAV, The Hub) needs extra steps |
| Complete setup | Managed job board with incomplete configuration |
| Not published | Job is deactivated — activate the job first |
| Channel active | Shows open-link, copy-link, and disable (eye-off) buttons |
Toasts: "Channel activated" / "Channel deactivated"
How to act on what you see
- A channel with healthy Views but near-zero Candidates has a reach-vs-fit problem — the audience or the copy is off. Open it and rework the message rather than abandoning the link.
- See Activation setup required or Complete setup? That's a managed job board (Finn.no, NAV arbeidsplassen, The Hub) waiting on you. Open the channel and finish its fields — the step-by-step lives in Channels & sourcing.
- Not published on every row means the job is paused, not the channels. Re-activate the listing and the links come back with it.
Good to know. Deactivating a channel here only stops it collecting new activity — it never deletes the candidates already attributed to it. That's why channels deactivate rather than delete; the history stays intact. See Edit a channel.
Don't see this section at all? The breakdown table is a Pro feature (
enableMultiChannelSharing). On plans without it, you still get the job-level metrics tiles and your single sharing link — just not the per-channel split.
