View and change your plan

This is your single source of truth for what you're paying, when the next charge lands, and what's scheduled to change. Come here to upgrade for more credits and features, downgrade when a push is over, or pause between hiring waves.
Where: Settings → Subscription → "Subscription Plan" card → Edit plan button.
Owner only. Admins cannot change the subscription.
The plan card shows:
- Billing period — Monthly / Semi-annually / Yearly.
- Plan name pill.
- Every [period] with the price and currency.
- Subscription started date.
- Current billing start date.
- Next billing date (not shown when paused).
How to change plan
Choose Edit plan, then pick the plan and billing period you want and confirm. An upgrade gives you more features and a larger credit allocation; a downgrade takes effect so it lines up with your billing cycle rather than mid-period (watch the Planned changes box to see exactly when).
Trial
If you're in a trial, a banner shows: "Your trial expires [relative time] at [date and time]."
Heads up. A trial is time-limited — when it expires, AI features and listing visibility follow your plan. Choose a paid plan before the date in the banner if you want continuity, or see what happens on pause below.
Planned changes
If a plan upgrade is scheduled, a box shows:
Plan upgrade on YYYY-MM-DD
Current plan Upcoming plan Name [plan] [new plan] Price X / period Y / period
This box is your confirmation that the change is queued — nothing else is needed. The new plan (and its credit allocation) takes over on the date shown.
Pause a plan
A plan can be in a paused state. A scheduled pause shows:
"Planned pause on YYYY-MM-DD"
Once paused: "Paused means no payment is collected until you resume a subscription. You will still have access to all your candidates."
To resume, choose Choose plan.
What pausing does — and doesn't do
- You keep your data. Your existing candidates and vouches stay exactly where they are; a pause is not a delete.
- Your reach goes quiet. While paused, your listings and company profile are no longer visible for recommendations — so a pause is for between hiring waves, not while a role is still open.
- No charge until you resume. Billing stops; pick Choose plan when you're ready to start sourcing again.
Troubleshooting — "Complete company details first." Some plan actions need your billing details on file before they'll go through. If you hit this, fill in the Company billing details card first, then retry.
