Invoices

Every charge Vouch makes — subscription, top-ups, referral rewards — lands here as a downloadable invoice, newest first. This is the page to send finance, or to grab a single receipt.

Where: Settings → Subscription → Invoices / Receipts table.

Lists all Stripe invoices in reverse-chronological order. Table columns:

Column	What it shows
Invoice	Description or invoice number
Date	Invoice creation date and time (locale-formatted)
Amount	Amount in the billing currency
Status	A Paid / Open badge
Actions	Download receipt / invoice

Invoices are paginated (10 per page). Download links appear on each row.

Good to know & troubleshooting

Need a specific receipt? The list is newest-first and paged 10 at a time — older invoices are on the next page rather than missing. Use the per-row download link to grab the PDF for finance.

Invoice history is not shown for sub-companies (Spaces/clients) — billing is managed by the parent company. If a client Space looks like it has no invoices, that's expected: the charges sit on the parent account. See Spaces and For agencies.
