Advanced settings
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Advanced settings hold the less-common controls — AI behaviour for the listing, plus a couple of referral-process options for accounts that need them. Most teams set these once (or never).
When to use it. To turn AI candidate assistance off for a sensitive listing, or — on accounts where they're enabled — to screen referrals before candidates are notified or enforce a cool-down between re-applications.
Where: listing → Settings → Advanced settings.
- AI Candidate intelligence — "Decide if AI candidate assistance should be disabled for this listing. You can always manually enable / disable it for each candidate at anytime." Toggle: Disable AI candidate assistance.
The following appear when enabled for your account, and are marked BETA:
- Customize referral process — Screen candidates before they are notified. "If enabled, you are responsible for reviewing referrals within 60 days for GDPR. Any non-reviewed candidates are automatically rejected after 60 days."
- Cool down period — "If rejected, how many days is required to pass before the same candidate apply / be referred again?"
Save with Save changes.
Good to know. Turning off AI candidate assistance also disables adding scorecard attributes for the listing (the scorecard runs on that assistance). If you want the scorecard but not auto-summaries, leave it on here and toggle the assistance per candidate instead.
Heads up on the 60-day rule. If you switch on Screen candidates before they are notified, you take on reviewing those referrals within 60 days — anything unreviewed is auto-rejected for GDPR. Only enable it if someone owns that review.
