Generate the job ad (Brainstorm with AI, from scratch, or clone)

Every module on a job — content, scorecard, questions, stages — starts the same way, so you never face a blank page. When you open one, Vouch asks how you'd like to begin and the Assistant can take it from there.

Whenever you start a module (job content, scorecard, questions, or stages), Vouch asks "How should we get started?" with up to three options:

Brainstorm with AI — "Let the assistant suggest something based on what we already know." (Shown once there's something to build on.)
Generate from scratch — e.g. for content, "Create a new job content from scratch."
Clone from another job position — copy that part from an existing job (shown when you have at least two jobs).

Which to pick

Brainstorm with AI when you've already scoped the scorecard — the Assistant turns what it knows about the role into a first draft. For the job ad, this streams an AI first draft ("Generating job content…").
Generate from scratch when you want full control or have copy to paste in — opens the blank editor.
Clone when a similar listing already exists — copies content from another job.

Good to know. "Brainstorm with AI" only appears once there's something to build on (a scorecard or summary). Scope the scorecard first and the ad draft will be far closer to usable.
