Edit the job content

Last updated: June 19, 2026

The job content is the public ad — the thing candidates and referrers actually read. The editor pairs a live preview with the Job Analysis assistant, so you can shape the listing and see exactly how it'll look as you go.

When to use it. After scoping, to write or refine the ad — and any time later when the role changes, the deadline moves, or you want to refresh tired copy.

Where: listing → SettingsEdit job content (the editing flow is a two-step wizard: Job content → Candidate / referrer questions).

The editor is a split view: the Job Analysis assistant on one side and your content + preview on the other. Two tabs sit above the content:

  • Content — the editor (below).
  • History — previous versions of the listing; you can revert to one.

What you set in the sidebar

In the Content sidebar you set:

  • Client — if the job belongs to a sub-company/client.
  • Language — the language of the ad.
  • Reward — the referral reward (see Set the referral reward).
  • Theme color"By default, the brand color will be used, but it can be edited on a per listing basis."
  • Sort content — the content sections (see Job ad sections (the modules)), split into About the position (this job's sections) and About us (your company sections).

You can also keep chatting to the Job Analysis assistant to draft or rewrite sections.

Good to know on Language. Set Language to the language you want the ad written in — Vouch works in any language. This sets the language for this listing; it doesn't translate one URL into several. Different roles can run in different languages.

Edits are versioned. Because every save lands in History, you can experiment freely and revert if a rewrite doesn't land. There's no separate "undo" to hunt for — it's the History tab.
