The Meetings section

Where: company → Meetings (in the sidebar navigation).
Meetings is the home for everything scheduling-related — your calendar connection, the links candidates book through, and the assistant that sits in on the calls. Set it up once here and the rest of Vouch (job interview stages, candidate emails) can lean on it.
Three tabs:
- Calendar — connect your calendar and configure availability.
- Booking links — create and manage shareable scheduling links (Pro).
- Assistant — the meeting assistant; records and transcribes your meetings (Pro). See Meeting Assistant.
Good to know. Start with Calendar. Until a calendar is connected and your working hours are set, booking links have nothing to draw availability from — so connecting comes first, creating links comes second.
