Set your working hours

Where: Meetings → Calendar → Working Hours card → settings gear.
Working hours are the guardrail that keeps booking pleasant for both sides: candidates only ever see times you'd actually take a call, and you never get a 7am interview because a candidate in another timezone picked it. Set them once and every link respects them.
How it works
- Configure availability for each day of the week (Monday–Sunday). A day with no hours set shows "No working hours" and is blocked for booking entirely.
- Set your Timezone. Candidates always see slots in their own timezone, converted from yours — so you think in your local hours and they think in theirs, and nobody does the math.
Good to know. Working hours are the outer boundary, not your live schedule. Within those hours, Vouch still hides anything that clashes with an existing event and respects your buffers and daily cap — so you can set generous hours and let the finer rules (see Configure calendar settings) do the trimming.
Troubleshooting
Candidates say no times are available. The usual cause is a day (or every day) left with "No working hours", or a window so narrow that buffers and existing meetings leave nothing bookable. Widen the hours, then sanity-check by opening your own booking link.
