Create a custom booking link

Where: MeetingsBooking linksNew custom link.

Most interviews should ride on a job's interview stages (see Per-stage booking links) — but a custom link is the right tool for one-offs that don't belong to a stage: an intro chat, a portfolio review, a final call with a founder. Create it once and reuse it anywhere.

"You can configure interview links in the 'interview stages' configuration for each listing. However, you can also create custom scheduling links for people to book meetings with you."

Visibility — who can use this link

  • Just me — only you can use the link.
  • Share with workspace — teammates with eligible roles can schedule on your calendar using this link. Shown with a "Shared with workspace" badge in the list.

Participants and host override

By default, you are the host. You can add other team members as participants (they join as guests) or set a different host (transfers ownership of the event). Only users who have shared their calendar with you are selectable — so if the person you want to host isn't in the list, they need to connect and share their calendar first.

Choose Create Link to save. Toast: "Scheduling link created successfully."

Good to know. Keep Duration honest to the conversation you actually want. A link set to 60 minutes blocks an hour of your real day for every booking — under-set it and calls run over; over-set it and your week fills faster than it needs to. Advance Booking is the other dial: shorten it to keep urgency on a fast role, lengthen it for senior candidates who plan ahead.
