Setting the reward for your job listing

When creating a job listing for the first time, you will be prompted to set a reward amount and currency under additional settings. We recommend a minimum of $1,500 for entry level junior roles and an average range of $3,000 to $5000 for standard roles, as this is shown to significantly increase the success rate of hiring referrals.
