How Vouch pays out referral rewards

Upon a successful hire, and if you are eligible to receive rewards under our Terms and Conditions, we will let you know as soon as possible. Vouch will notify you by email once both the candidate and the company confirm that the hiring process is complete.

Rewards payment processing

Payments are typically processed by the end of the month following the candidate’s start date, provided all Terms and Conditions are still met at that point in time.

Who is eligible for the reward

Only the first accepted Vouch to the job listing that leads to a hire through Vouch is eligible for the reward set by the hiring company. If the candidate already applied externally to Vouch, or had previously accepted a different Vouch for the same job listing, the subsequent Vouch referrals will not be eligible for the reward.
