About draft and pending referrals

Draft referrals are automatically saved as you create them, allowing you to return and complete them later. Pending referrals are those that have been sent to referred job listing candidates but that have not yet been accepted or rejected by the candidate.

Here are some key points about draft vouches:

• Drafts are stored for 30 days from the date of creation

• If a listing becomes inactive in that time, the draft will also be deleted

• Expired drafts are automatically deleted and cannot be recovered

You can view draft and pending Vouches at any time under the “For others” section of your user profile.

We recommend sending out your Vouch as soon as possible, but if you would like to return to complete it later we have created a guide on 📄 Editing or updating a Vouch.
