Settings hub overview

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Think of this page as the table of contents for everything that isn't a job or a candidate. Each card is a self-contained area; most link out to a dedicated screen (and, where it's a big topic, its own help article). You don't need to configure them in order — set up what you need now and come back for the rest.

Why a card might be missing or locked

  • Locked with a Pro badge — the feature exists on a higher plan. Click the card to see what it unlocks; upgrading from Billing & subscription lights it up immediately.
  • Not shown at allIntegrations, Webhooks, and Create sub-companies are hidden by default and only surface once the underlying capability is switched on (for example, a webhook stays invisible until at least one is configured). If you expect one of these and don't see it, the feature simply isn't enabled for your company yet — reach out and we'll turn it on.

Good to know. Most settings are company-wide and shared by your whole team — change the company page or a communication template and everyone sees the new version. Notifications are the exception: those are personal to each user (more on that below).

Who can change what. A few areas are gated by role — for example, the credit alerts under Notifications are visible to Owners and Admins only. If a control is read-only for you, your role doesn't include it. See Team, roles & access for the full breakdown.
