Enable candidate assistance for many candidates at once
Last updated: June 19, 2026
When applications arrive in volume, screening one at a time is the slow path. Select a batch and turn assistance on for all of them in a single step — the Assistant works through the queue and you come back to a scored pipeline.
From a job's pipeline (Kanban or Table):
Select candidates → ⋯ → Enable AI evaluation.
A modal — Bulk enable candidate assistance — shows how many tokens will be used ("Candidates will be enriched and have candidate assistance turned on — allowing for AI assistance with candidate screening, summarization, and analysis."). Confirm to start.
From the talent pool:
Select candidates → ⋯ → Enable candidate assistance (same modal).
If you're short on tokens
If you don't have enough tokens for all selected candidates, the modal warns you up front — "You have N tokens remaining, meaning N candidates will not be enriched and have candidate assistance turned on." — and tells you how many will be skipped. The ones it can cover still run; the rest are simply left off. Top up your balance (see Plans & billing) and re-run the action on the remainder, or narrow the selection to the candidates that matter most first.
Good to know. Already-enabled candidates in your selection don't get charged again — the count only covers candidates that aren't enriched yet. So you can safely select a whole stage without worrying about double-spending on people already screened.
