How Vouch handles successful hires

Congratulations on your successful hire! There's just one step left on your end.

Setting a candidate start date

Once you've closed on a hire through Vouch, you will need to confirm their tentative start date so that we can begin our own work behind the scenes.

After confirmation, we will begin processing the payment to the Voucher (the person who referred the candidate that has been hired) in our systems. The reward will only be paid at least 30 days after the confirmed start date, unless we hear otherwise.

The reward fee along with any applicable taxes and transaction fees will be reflected on your next immediate invoice.

If a candidate applied outright, no payments are due to either party.
