Per-stage booking links (stage scheduling)

For a more automated flow, attach a booking link to a specific interview stage in the job settings. This is the setup that makes scheduling disappear: once it's on, moving a candidate into the stage is the invitation — no separate "let's find a time" step.

Where: job → Edit → Interview stages → select a stage → Interview Settings → turn on Include interview → the scheduling link is enabled.

How it flows

When a candidate is moved to that stage and a message is drafted, the booking link for the stage is automatically inserted via the Scheduling Link (for stage) variable. Candidates click the link and pick a time; the event is created on your calendar without any manual steps.

Good to know. Per-stage links keep your pipeline honest. Because every booking is tied to a stage, the candidate who's "scheduled" is unmistakably the one who actually picked a slot — the status reflects reality, not your memory of who you emailed.

Troubleshooting

The booking link didn't appear in the candidate's message. Confirm Include interview is on for that stage and that the host's calendar is connected — a stage whose interviewer has no valid calendar can't generate a working link. See Group interviews for assigning interviewers.
