Transcripts linked to candidates

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This is the payoff of booking interviews through Vouch: the notes don't just sit in a Meetings list, they attach themselves to the right candidate and the right stage — so the file is already complete when the debrief starts.

When a candidate books an interview through a Vouch stage booking link, the resulting transcript is automatically linked to:

  • The candidate's profile → Overview tab → Events section.
  • The specific job and stage the booking was for.

This means the interviewer's notes and the AI summary are waiting in the candidate's profile by the time the debrief happens.

What this depends on

  • The link only happens when the meeting came from a Vouch booking link. A meeting you put on the calendar by hand still gets transcribed (if its calendar is watched), but it won't know which candidate or stage it belongs to — it lives in the Meetings section unattached.
  • So if you want interview notes to land on the candidate automatically, book the interview through Vouch rather than scheduling around it.

Troubleshooting — transcript not on the candidate's profile. The two usual reasons: the meeting wasn't booked through a Vouch link (so there's nothing tying it to a candidate), or it hasn't finished — only Completed transcripts surface in the Events section. Check the meeting in the Meetings section to confirm its status and how it was booked.

See Interviews & scheduling for how to set up booking links.
