Your Inbox

The Inbox is mission control for everything candidate-facing: one unified view of all candidate messages across every job — drafts, scheduled messages, sent emails, and inbound replies. When you want to clear out unsent drafts or catch up on replies in one pass, this is the place, not forty separate candidate profiles.
Narrow it down
Filter by:
- Job (listing)
- Stage
- Only show candidates with draft messages — tick this checkbox to limit the Inbox to candidates that have an unsent draft. When active, a Candidates with drafts chip appears.
Reading the chips on a message
A message in the timeline shows:
- Unsent draft chip — click Continue draft to open and edit it.
- Draft stage change chip — a pending stage move waiting for you to confirm the message. Click Continue changes to finish.
- Generating message draft... — AI is writing the draft; you'll see it when it's ready.
- Scheduled chip — the email is queued for future delivery ("Scheduled for delivery in…").
- Sent messages show From: name, sent time, and the email icon or clipboard icon (External message).
Replying
From any sent message (not a draft), hover to see the Reply button (⟳) — click it to open a new draft reply pre-filled with a "Re: …" subject.
Good to know. The Only show candidates with draft messages filter is the fastest way to answer "what have I not sent yet?" — tick it, work top to bottom, and the list empties as you send. A Draft stage change chip is a different beast: someone moved the candidate but the notification message is still waiting, so the move isn't fully done until you Continue changes.
