Advanced email options

Most of the time the managed reply-to is exactly what you want. But when a specific role should route replies somewhere else — a shared hiring inbox, a colleague covering the search — you can override it per message. In the single-candidate email composer, expand Advanced (optional) to set:

  • Reply-to email — override the email address candidates should reply to. Placeholder: "Default managed email".
  • Reply-to name — override the reply-to display name.

These are per-message overrides; for persistent defaults, use the template's reply-to fields.

Good to know. Leave these blank and replies flow back through Vouch's managed address, which keeps the reply in the candidate's timeline automatically. Set a custom Reply-to email and the candidate replies straight to that address instead — handy for handoffs, but the reply lands in that mailbox, so it won't appear in the Vouch Inbox the way a managed reply would. Setting it on the template (rather than per message) makes the override stick for every send.
