Invite your team
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Vouch is built for teams. Bring in colleagues and give each person the right level of access — enough to do their job, no more.
When to do this: as soon as more than one person touches a hire. Common cases: adding hiring managers to review candidates, bringing on a co-recruiter, or giving a stakeholder read-only visibility.
Where: Settings → Access Management.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Access Management.
- Choose Invite, enter your colleague's email, and Send invitation.
- Pick a role. The role you choose also determines what the person can see:
- Owner — full control, including billing and team management. Company-wide.
- Admin — everything except billing. Company-wide.
- Editor — create and edit jobs, manage candidates, run evaluations — on the specific jobs (listings) you select.
- Observer — read-only — on the specific jobs (listings) you select.
- For Editor or Observer, pick the jobs (listings) they should have access to.
Choosing the right role
Default to the least access that still lets someone do their job — you can always widen it later.
| If the person… | Give them |
|---|---|
| Runs the account and handles billing | Owner |
| Manages the team and settings but not billing | Admin |
| Creates jobs, screens candidates, runs evaluations | Editor |
| Just needs to review and comment | Observer |
The role decides scope, too. Owner and Admin are company-wide and see everything; Editor and Observer see only the specific jobs (listings) you pick — the right choice for a hiring manager or an external stakeholder who should only see their own role.
Good to know. Hiring managers usually get Observer or Editor on just the jobs they're involved in, not the whole company — so they see their candidates and nothing else. See Give access to specific jobs only.
Troubleshooting
Invite went to the wrong scope? Roles and scope can be changed after the fact from Settings → Access Management — you don't need to re-invite. Open the person and adjust.
Colleague never got the email? Ask them to check spam, and confirm you entered the address they actually use to sign in. They can also sign in with Google or LinkedIn on that same address and the pending invite will attach.
