Attach files to a message

Sometimes the message needs to carry something with it — a job one-pager, a take-home brief, a benefits PDF. From the single-candidate composer, click the paperclip icon to attach one or more files.

Attachments upload immediately and are included with the email when sent. To remove an attachment, click Remove next to it before sending.

Good to know. Attachments ride along with Email sends, since Vouch is doing the delivering. For an External message you're sending yourself, attach the file in whatever tool you're sending from — Vouch logs the text of the message, not files for a send it didn't make.
