The job pipeline: Kanban, Table, Out of process, Resurface
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: a job → Candidates.
One job, four lenses on the same set of people. Each view answers a different question, so you switch to the one that matches what you're doing right now rather than scrolling a single endless list.
A job's candidates can be viewed four ways, switched from the toggle at the top:
- Kanban — the stage board; drag candidates between your interview stages. Use it to move the process forward. See How the Kanban board works.
- Table — a table view of the candidates, scored against your scorecard. Use it to compare and screen at a glance. See How the Table (screening) view works.
- Out of process — candidates who are no longer active in this job. Use it to review who you passed on and why. See Out of process (rejected candidates).
- Resurface — resurfacing candidates from your pool. Use it to find people you already have who fit this role. See Resurface candidates from your talent pool.
Alongside the view toggle:
- Search candidates — free-text search within this job's candidates.
- All assignees — filter by the team member a candidate is assigned to, so you can zero in on just your own.
