Browse your talent pool

Where: company → Candidates (the Talent pool). The Talent pool is a Pro feature.

Most teams lose track of good people the moment a role closes — the spreadsheet goes stale, the CV is buried in an inbox. The Talent pool is the fix: a single, searchable home for everyone your company has saved, so a candidate from last quarter is still findable next quarter.

It has two tabs: Candidates (your saved candidates) and Smart search (AI search of your pool).

Finding the right people

On the Candidates tab you can:

Search candidates — type to search by name or details; the dropdown also offers Search with AI for "…", which hands your query to Smart search when a keyword match isn't enough.
Filter — narrow by Job, Stages, Tags, Source, Assigned, and Accepted. Filters stack, so you can ask precise questions like "everyone tagged 'designer' who's assigned to me."
Switch between Card view and Table view — cards are easier to skim, the table is denser when you're scanning many people at once.
Sort by Date added, Date last contacted, or Name (ascending or descending).

Reading the list well

Sort by Date last contacted to surface the people who've gone quiet — the ones most worth a nudge before they cool off.
Lean on Tags and Source as your organizing layer. A pool is only as useful as it is filterable, so the more consistently your team tags, the faster everyone finds people later.

Tracking an import in progress

If a bulk import is running or recently finished, a Bulk import jobs indicator at the top shows how many candidates were Imported, any Errors, and whether it's In progress or Completed. You don't have to wait on the page — imports run in the background and you're notified when they finish.
