Tasks are your hiring to-dos — "chase this reference," "send the offer," "follow up Friday" — kept right next to the notifications that usually prompt them, so the thing you need to do and the reminder to do it live in the same place.

Tasks are your to-dos, kept in the Notification Center (the bell) alongside your notifications.

  • Create a task — choose Create Task and set what it's Related to (a candidate, a job), a Task description, and a Due date & time.
  • Turn a notification into a task — convert any notification into a task to track it to completion, so an alert you can't action right now doesn't get lost (see Notifications).
  • Complete a task — mark it done when you've handled it.

Good to know. The fastest way to never drop a follow-up is to convert the notification that raised it: instead of "I'll remember that," it becomes a dated task with the candidate already attached.
