Bulk import candidates from a CSV

Where: company → Candidates → Add candidate → Bulk import (a Pro feature).

When you've got a list — a spreadsheet of sourced leads, attendees from a careers fair, or candidates you're bringing over from another tool — importing a CSV beats typing each person in one at a time. How it runs

Upload a CSV to add many candidates to your talent pool at once. Imports run in the background — track progress from the Bulk import jobs indicator on the Talent pool, which shows Imported X / Y, any Errors, and In progress / Completed. You're notified when it finishes, so you can start the import and carry on with other work.

Good to know. Because the import runs in the background, a large file won't block you — leave the page and come back. The Errors count is your signal that some rows didn't map cleanly; clean those rows in the source file and re-import just those.
