Move or act on several candidates at once

Last updated: June 19, 2026

Where: a job → Candidates (Kanban or Table) → select candidates with their checkboxes. A toolbar appears at the bottom showing how many are selected.

Hiring rarely happens one candidate at a time — you advance a batch past screening, message a shortlist, or assign a group to a colleague. Selecting candidates on the board or table gives you one toolbar to do it to all of them at once.

  • Move to… — move the selected candidates to another stage together. Like a single move, this is staged as a draft change (with any drafted messages) for you to confirm under Review draft changes — so a bulk advance still gets a human review before any candidate hears about it.
  • Draft message — draft messages to the selected candidates (see Communication & messaging).
  • The menu adds: Export as CSV, Enable AI evaluation, Delete drafts, Follow candidates / Unfollow candidates, and Assign candidates.

Good to know. Bulk moves flow through the same draft-change review as single ones, so you're never one misclick away from notifying twenty people. Reorganize freely, then confirm the whole batch in one pass.
