Sign in & set up your account

Your Vouch account is personal — it's you, and it can belong to one or more companies (handy if you're an agency working across clients, or a consultant with several workspaces). Get this right once and everything downstream — scheduling, your name on candidate emails, the language you read the app in — just works.
When to do this: the very first time you open Vouch, and any time your timezone changes (a new office, a move) so interview times stay correct.
- Go to your Vouch sign-in page.
- Choose how you'd like to sign in. You'll be able to sign in with email, Google, LinkedIn, or other options — pick whichever your team uses.
- The first time, you'll confirm a few profile basics.
Set your profile basics
These are the details teammates and candidates see, plus the settings that keep scheduling sane.
- Name and photo — how teammates and candidates see you.
- Language — Vouch's interface works in your language; set your preference here. This changes your view of the app, not what your candidates see.
- Timezone — used for scheduling and interview times, so make sure it's right.
Tip. If you belong to more than one company, you switch between them from the company selector once you're signed in — look for Select company. Each company keeps its own jobs, candidates, and branding, so switching is how you move between, say, two clients.
Troubleshooting
Sign-in link expired? Email links are single-use and time-limited. Just request a new one — look for Send me a new link (or Send new link) on the sign-in screen.
"You don't have access to this company"? You're signed in, but this particular workspace hasn't been shared with you yet. Switch to a company you do have access to, or ask whoever owns that workspace to invite you — see Invite your team.
