Out of process (rejected candidates)

Where: a job → CandidatesOut of process.

Saying no is part of the process, and this view keeps that history instead of erasing it. It holds the candidates who left the job — usually rejections — with the why attached, so a "no" for this role is still a searchable, reason-tagged record you can revisit.

This view holds the candidates who are no longer active in the job — typically those who've been rejected or otherwise left the process. For each, you can see Rejected at, Rejection category, Rejection reason, and the Rejected from stage.

Good to know. The rejection reason and category aren't just bookkeeping — they're what make a past "no" useful later. A strong candidate rejected only because the timing was wrong is exactly the kind of person resurfacing can bring back for the next role.
