Add candidates to your talent pool
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: company → Candidates → Add candidate.
Use this whenever you want to save someone for the future without committing them to a specific job yet — a promising profile you found while sourcing, a stack of CVs from an event, or a list you're migrating in. They land in the pool, ready to pull into a pipeline when the right role comes up.
A panel opens with three ways to add candidates — pick by how many people you have and where they are:
- Add single candidate — enter one candidate's details by hand. Best for a one-off you already have in front of you.
- Bulk import (Pro) — add many at once from a CSV. Best for a list or a migration. See Bulk import candidates from a CSV.
- Chrome Extension — capture candidates from the web while you source. Best for LinkedIn and other profile pages. See Add candidates with the Chrome extension.
Pool vs. pipeline. Adding here saves someone to your company-wide pool, not to a job. To add someone straight into a specific job's pipeline instead, use the Candidate button on that job — see Manually add a candidate to a job.
