Bulk actions in the talent pool
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Where: company → Candidates → select one or more candidates. A toolbar appears at the bottom showing how many are selected.
The pool is where you keep everyone, so most useful work there is done to groups — evaluate a shortlist, tag a batch, message a segment. Selecting candidates turns the bottom toolbar into a mini control panel for exactly that.
From the toolbar
- Evaluate candidates — run an AI evaluation against a job or search (up to 100 at a time). This is how you score a chunk of the pool before deciding who's worth pursuing. See Candidate evaluation & screening.
- Add to kanban — add the selected candidates to a job's pipeline (up to 100). See Add pool candidates into a job.
- Draft messages (the send icon) — draft messages to the selected candidates. See Bulk-send messages to candidates.
From the ⋯ menu
- Enable candidate assistance — turn on AI assistance for the selected candidates, so the Assistant can evaluate and help draft for them.
- Follow candidates / Unfollow candidates — subscribe to their updates (see Notifications).
- Assign candidates — assign them to a team member, so ownership is clear.
- Tag candidates / Untag candidates — add or remove tags. Consistent tagging is what makes the pool searchable later, so this is worth doing in batches.
- Delete candidates — remove them from the talent pool ("This action cannot be undone.").
Tip. Tagging in bulk pays off every time you search afterward. A few minutes spent tagging a batch by skill, source, or event turns into instant filters down the line.
