Add pool candidates into a job ("Add to kanban")

Where: company → Candidates (Talent pool) → select candidates → Add to kanban.

This is the bridge from your long-term pool to active hiring. When a role opens that fits people you've already saved, you don't re-source them — you pull them straight from the pool onto the job's board.

To start working a saved candidate in a specific job, select them in the Talent pool and choose Add to kanban. They're added to that job's pipeline (the Kanban board). You can add up to 100 candidates at a time.

Good to know. A natural pairing is to Evaluate candidates against the target job first (from the same talent-pool toolbar), then add the strongest fits to the Kanban — so people arrive on the board already scored against the scorecard rather than as blank cards.
